Street team

A street team is a group of people who promote a brand in person at ground level — handing out samples, running activations, and talking to the public where crowds gather.

What a street team does

A street team takes a brand directly to where people already are — festivals, campuses, sporting events, busy retail districts — and creates face-to-face moments: sampling, demos, flyering, sign-ups, and conversation. The format is old but durable, because a real interaction in the right place cuts through in a way digital impressions often do not.

Street teams are usually temporary and local, assembled for a specific campaign or activation and often staffed by part-time crew or an agency's roster rather than full-time employees.

Why briefing is the hard part

Because crews are temporary, large, and hired fast, getting every member to represent the brand consistently is the recurring challenge. A crew that shows up unclear on the pitch, the claims, or the tone can undo the value of the activation — and there is rarely time for a full training day before the event.

The PopScript angle

PopScript gets every crew member on-brand in about ten minutes on their phone, before the activation — the voice, the do's and don'ts, and the product — so a temporary crew still shows up accurate and certified. See how that works for street teams.

Get every rep on-brand before they represent you.

PopScript turns your brand into a short micro-course every rep finishes before they go live.
